The activities performed by Quality Control include but not limited to:

• Analytical testing for raw materials, in-process/semi-finished products, and finished products.
• Analytical testing of samples from product stability studies.
• Development and modification of analytical methods in cooperation with the R&D department.
• Bioassay and microbial testing of raw materials and finished products.
• Monitoring of water quality and air systems.
• Providing technical data for product registration in cooperation with the R&D department.
• Producing and reviewing analytical testing reports.
• Preparing product specifications and test methods in cooperation with the R&D department.

Responsibility of Quality Assurance Function

The Quality Assurance (QA) function is responsible for ensuring that all measures required to maintain the quality of marketed products are adequate and consistently followed by all employees.

Quality Assurance System

Upon completion of the batch manufacturing process and Quality Control (QC) testing, the Quality Assurance (QA) team reviews the batch documentation. Once approved, QA authorizes the release of the products, and all related documents are securely filed in the documentation room.

• Design, execute, and document experiments for drug formulation and process development
• Develop and optimize dosage forms (e.g., tablets, capsules, injectables, suspensions)
